Jaroslav is a Professor at the Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics – Banská Bystrica. He is member of the Department of Corporate Economics and Management. He has been involved in a broad scope of subjects: Taxes, Accounting, Marketing, International Marketing and others. Michal is an assistant professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting, at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. He is a lecturer in accounting, tax system and international taxation both in bachelor´s and master´s degree. Due to his practical and academic experience in formation of new companies in onshore and offshore jurisdictions, he is currently focused on the field of international tax planning, asset protection and tax and bank information exchange agreements. Aleksandra is an Assistant Professor at the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Finance and Insurance. She is a member of the Department of Accounting and experienced in teaching financial accounting, managerial accounting, controlling, transfer pricing, cost accounting. Aleksandra is also a lecturer of ACCA courses. Her research interests include: financial and managerial accounting, transfer pricing, controlling, auditing, behavioural accounting, accounting of investment funds. Aleksandra Sulik-Górecka combines her academic activity with involvement in business practise, for example by preparing transfer pricing documentations for companies. Besides, she is involved in consulting of polish transfer pricing law by participation in the working group of Transfer Pricing Forum in the Ministry of Finance. |

Veronika is an Assistant Professor at the Széchenyi István University of Győr, Kautz Gyula Faculty of Economics. She is a member of the Department of Economic Analyses since 2012. She defended her doctoral thesis in 2018. Veronika teaches accounting and taxation for students. Her interest is in the area of Hungarian accounting and taxation law, especially corporate taxation. |
Mrs. Mariann Berényi |

Mariann is an expert in transfer pricing issues. Since 2009 she has been providing consultancy and services in multinational enterprises related to transfer pricing and preparation of transfer pricing documentation (via her engagement in Altamix Consulting Hungary Kft). In this respect, she has been spreding her knowledge as the author of the books dealing with transfer pricing in Hungary. Mariann is also a president of the DUMA (founded in 2011) which aim is to support primarily (not solely) Hungarian bookkeepers, auditors, tax consultants and entepreneurs by means of mutual and open cooperation. The aim of the DUMA has been also to increase the transparency and culture in accounting and tax consultancy. |
